OKE is one of eight regional examination boards in Poland. It is responsible for organising national tests and examinations in Upper Silesia - southern voivodship of Poland. OKE administers tests for about 200 000 students every year. OKE cooperates with over 2 500 schools in the region, with school running bodies, regional educational inspectorate, in-service teacher training centres and universities. OKE also offers counselling and training to school directors, teachers and teacher advisers. Schools, teacher training institutes can turn to us for consultancy, training and logistics.
